CAfÉ - BAR - RESTAURANT
We have a range of beers & spirits and our bar would not be complete without a vast Burgundy wine list. Relax on our comfy sofas and enjoy the 'Gout de Bourgogne' - the taste of Burgundy as we present you with wine tasting and local specialities all from our beautiful region of Burgundy. Soft music plays gently in the back-ground as you watch the world drift by.
In the evening, our beautiful, candle-lit, elegant restaurant where you can enjoy local & international cuisine, mingle with the locals and enjoy weekly cocktails whilst soft Jazz plays lightly in the back-ground. Don't think though, that this elegance and sophistication is expensive - our 3-course evening Menus start at only 17.99 euros per head. Of course children are welcome and we offer Children's menus as well as catering for all dietary requirements.
TENNIS COURTS
Our site offers two full sized tennis courts. These are available to be booked (extra cost) by the hour, or you can book unlimited access by the day, weekend or week.
We have a selection of tennis rackets and tennis balls available freely when using the courts. We also organise an annual tennis competition weekend (see our Events page) during which many local people and teams compete for prizes - we provide a free BBQ and drinks over this weekend too.
SHOWER & TOILET FACILITIES
Our sanitary block was completely refurbished in 2016. We had one aim in mind: Luxury. Whilst this IS a campsite, we wanted to provide the kind of facilities you would find in a luxury hotel.
This is why you will find individual private cubicles, mirrors, luxury rain-fall showers with massage shower jets, all in your own large, private shower-cubicle with ample changing space.
OUTDOOR PLAY AREA
The Play Zone will keep even the most active kids entertained.
There is a huge play area located 200m from the camping and set in a beautiful park adjacent to the river Yonne - there are swings, slides, climbing frames, boules, picnic tables, etc - all with a stunning view of the Saussois Rocks.
ON-SITE SHOP
Our on-site shop is not only the shop for our campers, but for local villagers too.
We offer a wide selection of locally produced vegetables, meat, bakery products plus tinned goods and fresh & frozen foods. We pride ourselves on offering locally sourced goods giving you the best that Burgundy has to offer. From our shop, you can also pre-order delicious picnic hampers to take with you on your daily travels or we can make up fantastic hamper-gifts to take home to your friends and family, showcasing all the best of what you've enjoyed in Burgundy.
LAUNDRETTE
We have a small laundrette on-site offering a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated tumble-dryer.
An iron and ironing board is available free of charge from the reception area.
FREE WIFI & INTERNET
Throughout our cafe, bar and restaurant we offer free WiFi connection.
WASHING-UP FACILITIES
Don't bother washing up in your unit in a tiny sink, bring all your dirty pots to our washing-up area (or better still, treat yourself and don't bother with the cooking and eat in our restaurant).
Large double sinks, draining board and unlimited hot-water for when you've used every plate, pot and pan you've brought with you!
